How to Delete Your Account

   Sign in to your Joey67 account

   Use the same Google account you signed up with.

   Review the data that will be deleted

   See below for the full list of data types affected.

   Confirm deletion

   Check the confirmation box and click the delete button at the bottom of this page.

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• ✕Account information (name, email address, profile photo)
• ✕Profile details (first name, last name, year group, avatar)
• ✕All quiz scores, streaks, and learning progress
• ✕Achievements, XP, and level data
• ✕Question history (seen questions, answered questions)
• ✕Subscription and payment records (Stripe subscription will be cancelled)
• ✕Referral codes and referral history
• ✕Feedback and question reports you submitted
• ✕Device session and push notification tokens

Data Retention

• •Deletion timeline: Your data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. There is no recovery period.
• •Stripe records: Your subscription is cancelled immediately. Stripe may retain billing records independently as required by financial regulations — see Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• •Google account: Deleting your Joey67 account does not affect your Google account. You can also revoke Joey67's access from your Google account settings.
• •Anonymised analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics (e.g. total questions answered across all users) may be retained for service improvement. These cannot be linked back to you.
